How it works

  1. 1

    Join from your dashboard

Any Refervia account in good standing can join, free or paid. Open "Become an Affiliate" next to your referral link on your dashboard or in Settings, read the terms and accept them.

  2. 2

    Bring people in

Share your affiliate link, or invite partners as Trusted Partners by email. Anyone who signs up within 90 days of opening your link, or who you invited, is credited to you. The earliest invite or link wins.

  3. 3

    Earn when they pay

You earn 25% of what they pay Refervia for their first 12 months, counted from their first paid invoice. Your rate goes up to 30% from your 100th paid account and 35% from your 200th.

  4. 4

    Get paid monthly

Each commission clears 30 days after the payment. Cleared earnings are paid once a month when they reach $25, through Stripe. Refervia pays the payout fees.

Your rate grows as more of them pay

Every account credited to you counts once it pays its first invoice. A new rate applies to payments after you reach it, not to earlier ones, and 35% is the top rate.

Your rate: 25% from your 1st paid account, 30% from your 100th paid account, 35% from your 200th paid account.

From payment to payout

Your share is recorded the day each payment goes through, clears 30 days later, and is paid out monthly. Here's one payment, start to finish.

  1. Day 0

    They pay

A $49 Pro payment earns you $12.25 the same day.

    $12.25Waiting to clear
  2. Day 30

    It clears

30 days later it clears. If the payment is refunded, the commission comes off.

    $12.25Cleared
  3. Monthly

    You're paid

Cleared earnings go out once a month when they reach $25. Less than that carries over.

Payouts go through Stripe Connect, our payments provider, to the bank account you connect on your Affiliate page. Refervia pays the payout fees.

An example: 303 people over two years

Celeste is a made-up affiliate. Here's how the program's current rates and Refervia's plan prices add up if she brings in 303 people over her first two years and about a third of them pay for a plan.

Her rate went from 25% to 30% in month 23, with her 100th paid account. She passed 100 people in month 11, but tiers count paid accounts, not people.

An illustration, not a promise or a typical result. Celeste and her numbers are made up to show how the rates add up. The program is new, so there are no typical results yet. What you earn depends on how many people you bring in, whether they pay for a plan, which plan, and how long they keep it. If none of them pay, you earn nothing.

How the numbers work. Of every 10 accounts that pay, 8 are on Pro ($49 a month), 1 on Pro Max ($89 a month) and 1 on a Brokerage or Agency team plan ($199 a month), all billed monthly, and 3 of the 10 cancel after 2, 5 or 8 payments. Each account earns her 25% of what it pays in its first 12 months; from her 100th paid account on, payments earn 30%. Prices are before tax, and it all follows the terms below.

What it isn't

The program is only about Refervia subscriptions. You never earn anything for referring a client, for a handoff, a closing, a policy or a loan, and Refervia never pays, takes or handles referral fees. Your own referral arrangements with partners stay between you and them, under your broker's or agency's rules.

Questions

Do I need a paid plan to join?
No. Any Refervia account in good standing can join, including Free. Joining doesn't change your plan.
Do I earn anything on the referrals I send my partners?
No. Commissions are only a share of what people pay Refervia for their own subscription. You never earn on a client, a handoff, a closing or a policy, and Refervia never takes or handles referral fees.
Who counts as someone I brought in?
People you invited as Trusted Partners by email, people who signed up within 90 days of opening your affiliate link, and people who signed up from your branded referral link. If two members reached the same person, the earliest one keeps them. It's set when their account is created and doesn't change.
What happens if someone gets a refund?
The matching commission comes off, from earnings that haven't been paid yet or from your next payout. Chargebacks work the same way.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe Connect, our payments provider. You connect your bank account once on your Affiliate page, and cleared earnings are paid to it once a month when they reach $25. Refervia pays the payout fees.
Do I have to say I'm an affiliate?
Yes. Whenever you share your link or recommend Refervia where you could earn from it, say clearly that you earn a commission. The FTC requires it (16 CFR 255.5), and it's in the terms.
What about taxes?
You're paid as an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes. You'll be asked for a Form W-9, and you'll get a Form 1099-NEC if you're paid $2,000 or more in a calendar year.

Affiliate Program Terms

Version October 15, 2026

1. Who can join

These terms are between you and Refervia LLC ("Refervia", "we") and add to Refervia's Terms of Service, which still apply. You can join if you have a Refervia account in good standing, you're at least 18 and you live in the United States. Joining is free and separate from your plan.

You join by reading these terms and accepting them on the Affiliate page in your dashboard. We record the version you accepted and when.

2. Who is credited to you

A new Refervia account is credited to you when, before it was created, you invited that person as a Trusted Partner by email, or they opened your affiliate link (refervia.com/?via=your-code) in the 90 days before signing up, or they signed up from your branded referral link (refervia.com/r/your-name).

If more than one member reached the same person, the earliest invite or link visit wins. Credit is set once, when the account is created, and doesn't change after that.

You can't be credited for your own account, or for accounts you own, control or create for someone else. Existing Refervia accounts can't be credited to you.

3. What you earn

For each account credited to you, you earn 25% of what they pay Refervia for their first 12 months. The 12 months start on the date of their first paid invoice, which is what counts as a paid conversion.

"What they pay" means the amount actually charged for their Refervia subscription, after discounts, credits and refunds, and before sales tax.

Your rate goes up as your paid conversions grow: 30% from your 100th paid account and 35% from your 200th, which is the top rate (35%). A new rate applies to invoices paid after you reach it, not to earlier ones.

You earn on invoices paid while you're an active affiliate. People credited to you before you joined count for what they pay after you join.

4. What you never earn on

Commissions are only ever a share of what people pay Refervia for their own subscription. You never earn anything for referring a client, for a handoff, for a closing, a policy, a loan or any other transaction, and Refervia never pays, takes or handles referral fees.

This keeps the program apart from the rules on referral payments for real estate settlement services (RESPA Section 8, 12 U.S.C. 2607) and similar state rules for real estate and insurance. Your own referral arrangements with your partners stay between you and them, under your broker's or agency's rules.

5. When and how you're paid

Each commission waits 30 days after the invoice is paid, then clears. Cleared earnings are paid once a month when they reach at least $25. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission comes off: from earnings that haven't been paid yet, or from your next payout if it was already paid. If a credited account's first invoice is fully refunded, it no longer counts as a paid conversion.

Payouts go to a bank account you connect through Stripe Connect, our payments provider, which may ask you to confirm your identity and tax details. Refervia pays the payout fees, so you keep your full commission. Payouts start once payments on Refervia are live; until then, the Affiliate page shows payout setup as paused.

6. Taxes

You're responsible for the taxes on what you earn. Commissions are paid to you as an independent contractor, and you'll be asked for a Form W-9.

If you're paid $2,000 or more in a calendar year, you'll get a Form 1099-NEC (that's the IRS reporting threshold for payments made after December 31, 2025). This isn't tax advice; ask your own tax professional.

7. How you promote Refervia

Every time you share your link or recommend Refervia where you could earn from it, say clearly that you earn a commission, close to the link or recommendation, in words people will notice (for example, "I earn a commission if you subscribe"). The FTC requires this disclosure of a material connection (16 CFR 255.5).

Be truthful. Describe Refervia only as it works today, don't promise anyone referrals, clients, income or results, and don't write, buy or post fake reviews or testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).

Email only people who'd expect to hear from you, and follow the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. 7701-7713). Don't send automated or prerecorded calls or texts without the consent the Telephone Consumer Protection Act requires (47 U.S.C. 227). No spam, no bought lists.

Don't bid on "Refervia" or misspellings of it in search ads, don't make sites, profiles or ads that look like they're from Refervia, and don't offer people money or rebates to sign up with your link.

8. Our relationship

You're an independent affiliate, not Refervia's employee, agent, partner or representative. You can't make promises or agreements on Refervia's behalf.

9. Changes, pausing and ending

We may change the program's rates, tiers or rules. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and a change never reduces commissions on invoices already paid. Changes to these terms come with a new version that you accept to keep earning on new invoices.

You can leave the program any time by asking Refervia Support; you'll be paid cleared earnings that meet the payout minimum. We can pause or end your participation if you break these terms, for example with self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or missing disclosures. In that case we reverse commissions tied to the problem and may hold unpaid earnings while we look into it.

10. Questions

Questions about the program or a commission go to Refervia Support from your dashboard or support@refervia.com.
