Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, no credit card required. You get one user and up to 5 referrals a month, so you can invite a trusted partner and run a real handoff before you ever pay.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly through secure, Stripe-powered checkout. Your card details never touch Refervia servers. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account.
What counts as a referral?
A referral is one handoff between you and a partner. For agents that is a referral you send; for insurance professionals it is a referral you accept. Both sides see the same handoff and its live status.
What is the difference between individual and team accounts?
Free, Pro, and Pro Max are individual accounts for one user. Brokerage, Agency, and Enterprise are multi-user team accounts that add shared queues, team reporting, shared partner quality labels, and admin controls.
What is Pro Max?
Pro Max is Pro for high-volume solo agents: everything in Pro but up to 75 referrals a month (3x Pro) for $89, so your per-referral cost actually drops. It is still a single-user plan, so you get the extra volume without moving up to a team account.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Move up as your referral volume grows or down if you need to. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and your partners and history come with you.
Do you offer refunds?
There are no long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you like and you will not be billed again. If something went wrong with a charge, reach out and the team will make it right.
