Drafts when you need them. Checks before every send.

Fill in what you have and click Save as draft: nothing is sent, nobody is told, and it doesn't count toward your plan until you send it. When you do send, a Before you send pop-up shows the referral-fee rules for that handoff, each with the law it comes from, and you confirm your client agreed to be referred.

  • Drafts don't count toward your plan
  • Only you see your drafts
  • The rules for every handoff, with sources
  • Your client's consent saved on the referral

How it works

  1. Save as draft

A draft needs at least the client's name, a phone or email, or a note. It waits on your Referral Desk, where only you see it.

  2. Review and send

The New referral form opens filled in. Change anything you need, then click Send referral handoff.

  3. Read the rules

Before you send shows the referral-fee rules for that handoff: federal rules (RESPA) everywhere, Georgia's own rules when you or your partner work there, and a general version for other states.

  4. Confirm and send

Tick the box to confirm your client agreed to be referred, then click Accept and send. What you confirmed stays on the referral under Client consent, for both of you.

Every referral you send and receive, in one place.

Your Referral Desk shows every handoff with live status, from New to Contacted to In progress to Completed, and both sides see each change as it happens.

Your Refervia Line makes drafts too: call your own Line and say who the client is for

Handoff checks are reminders, not legal advice, and Refervia never takes, calculates or handles referral fees.

Who it's for

Can I save a referral and send it later?

Yes, on every plan. Fill in what you have on the New referral form and click Save as draft. Nothing is sent, nobody is told, and a draft doesn't count toward your plan until you send it. Your drafts wait on your Referral Desk, where only you see them: Review and send opens the form filled in, and Delete removes one. On Pro and up, your Refervia Line makes drafts too: call your own Line and say who the client is for, and it's ready to send when you park.

What are handoff checks?

Every time you send a referral to a partner, on every plan, a Before you send pop-up shows the referral-fee rules for that handoff, each with the law it comes from: federal rules (RESPA) everywhere, Georgia's own rules when you or your partner work there, and a general version for other states. You read them, tick the box to confirm your client agreed to be referred, and click Accept and send. What you confirmed stays on the referral under Client consent, for both of you. They're reminders, not legal advice, and Refervia never takes, calculates or handles referral fees.

How does a referral handoff work?

Pick a trusted partner, add the client details, timeline, and notes, and send. Your partner is notified right away, and both of you see the same live status as the referral moves from New to Contacted to In Progress, then to Completed (Won) or Declined. Add a follow-up date and you get an in-app reminder on the day. No one has to chase an update.
