Refervia does not provide legal, insurance, real estate, financial, tax, or compliance advice, and using Refervia does not create any professional, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

You are responsible for your own compliance. This includes:

• Licensing and continuing education.
• Client consent and required disclosures.
• Carrier, brokerage, MLS, and employer rules.
• State and federal laws, including fair housing laws.
• Professional and ethical obligations.
• Privacy and data protection obligations.
• Referral and referral fee restrictions.
• Recordkeeping required by your license or firm.

If you are an insurance professional, you are responsible for following the rules of your carriers, your state department of insurance, and any licensing or regulatory bodies that apply to you, including rules on compensating unlicensed persons for referrals.

Refervia's public plans are subscription-based and do not charge per-referral fees. Refervia does not collect, hold, calculate, or pay referral fees or commissions between users, and it is not designed to facilitate unlawful referral compensation, kickbacks, commission splits, or pay-for-placement arrangements.

Certain laws, including Section 8 of RESPA, prohibit giving or accepting a fee, kickback, or thing of value for referrals of settlement service business involving federally related mortgage loans, with limited exceptions.

Before entering into any referral arrangement that involves compensation or regulated services, consult qualified counsel or a compliance professional to confirm what is permitted for your situation.

Any license check or "Refervia Verified" badge reflects a point-in-time match against third-party or public data sources and is not a certification, endorsement, or guarantee of licensure, standing, or conduct. Always confirm license status directly with the licensing authority.

Refervia helps you coordinate referrals, but it does not guarantee any outcome, including contact, response, quote, policy, closing, sale, commission, revenue, referral quality, or partner performance.

Partner Quality Signals are private relationship tools that reflect your own notes and preferences. They are not certifications or ratings, and Refervia does not verify or endorse the quality of any partner.

The Team Referral Queue is an internal workflow tool for eligible organizations to route handoffs among their own members. It does not create or guarantee any referral result and does not change your compliance responsibilities.

Refervia is building with security and privacy in mind as we grow, and we are working toward stronger security and compliance readiness over time. Refervia does not currently hold formal security or compliance certifications, and nothing on our website or in the product should be read as a claim of certification or regulatory compliance.

Refervia is not designed to store protected health information or other sensitive personal data. Do not submit it.
