You both keep the signed copy, with a record of who signed and when.

How it works

  1. Pick who signs

A trusted partner, or the client on one of your referrals. Partners first sign Refervia's partner agreement, a one-time safety step when you connect: a client's details are shared only with their OK and kept private.

  2. Upload and mark where to sign

Upload your PDF, up to 10 MB and 100 pages. Click the page to place each signature, date and full name, and your draft saves as you go.

  3. Sign your part and send

Tick one box to sign your part with your name in cursive, then send. You can remind them once a day, and Refervia sends one reminder of its own after two days.

  4. You both keep the signed copy

Each signature, name and date lands where you placed it, plus a record page: who signed, when, from which IP address, and proof it's the file you sent.

Who it's for

Can I send my own documents to sign?

Yes, on Pro and up. Once you and a partner have both signed your partner agreement, upload your own PDF (up to 10 MB and 100 pages), like your brokerage's or agency's referral agreement, mark where each of you signs, sign your part with one checkbox and send it. You can also send one to the client on any of your referrals, who signs from a private link in their email, with no account. Everyone keeps the signed copy, with a signature record page. The document is yours: Refervia delivers it and keeps the signed copy, but isn't a party to it and isn't responsible for its terms, including any fees or payments it sets out.

How do I sign a document a partner sent me?

On any plan, free. You get an email and a notification, and it waits on Documents under Waiting for your signature. Click Sign (or the email's Review and sign), then Start: it takes you to the first Sign here and asks you to adopt your signature, your first and last name in cursive, with one checkbox. Click Next for each remaining place, then Finish. Or click Decline to sign and say why. Once everyone has signed, you both get the signed copy to download.

What is the partner agreement?

A short agreement you and a trusted partner sign once, in the app, so you can count on each other. It starts on its own when you connect, on every plan, and covers every client you refer to each other: the client's OK before their details are shared, first contact within 24 hours and never later than 48, client privacy, status kept current, and each of you following your own license rules. It has no fees. You each sign with one checkbox. It lasts as long as you're trusted partners and ends on its own if either of you removes the other. Once you've both signed, you can send each other your own documents to sign.
