After you connect a CRM, you manage it from the Your connections section of the Integrations page.
Steps
- Open Integrations in the left menu. On a phone, open Settings and tap Integrations.
- Scroll down to Your connections. Each one shows the CRM, via Zapier (or Make or Webhook), a status, part of the link, and Last sent.
- To test it, click Send test. You should see Test referral sent.
- To stop sending for a while, click Pause. Click Resume to start again.
- To choose what gets sent, look at Send when: and tap Referral received, Referral sent, Referral status changed or Referral completed to turn each on or off. At least one stays on.
- To delete it, click Remove, then Remove again to confirm, or Keep to cancel.

Statuses
- Active: working normally.
- Paused: Refervia is not sending to this link.
- Needs attention: the last send had a problem. The row shows Last problem with the reason.
Under Recent activity, each send shows Delivered, Sending, Retrying or Failed. Tests are marked (test).
Good to know
- If a send fails, Refervia tries again after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 6 hours. After that it shows Failed.
- Clicking Resume clears Needs attention.
- Only referral activity after you connected is sent. For older referrals, click Export CSV on the Open referrals card on your Overview.
- Status changes are sent for referrals you sent, received or claimed.
- Removing a connection also clears its delivery history.
- Developers can click Signing secret (developers) to check that sends came from Refervia.
Trouble?
- "The link was not found. The Zap or scenario may be deleted or turned off.": In Zapier, turn the Zap on or publish it again. If you deleted it, remove this connection and run the setup again.
- "Your app took too long to answer (8 seconds).": Check that the Zap is on, then click Send test.
- "The link redirected somewhere else. Paste the final webhook link.": Remove this connection and save the exact webhook link.
- "Give it a few seconds between tests.": Wait a moment, then try again.
- The same client shows up more than once in your CRM: Every event that is on runs your Zap. Turn off Referral status changed and Referral completed if you only want new leads.
- Test shows Delivered but nothing is in your CRM: In Zapier, finish the action step and click Publish.
