Give and get shows whether referrals go both ways with each trusted partner: what you sent them and what they sent you over the last 12 months. It's on Pro and up: Pro, Pro Max, and every member on Brokerage, Agency and Enterprise. Only you see it.
Where to find it
- Trusted Partners: under each partner's name, a small bar (what you sent grows left from the center line, what they sent grows right), the verdict, and the counts, like 4 sent, 1 received in 12 months.
- Overview: the same line on your partners card.
- Insights: the Give and get card shows every partner at once, a bar each, on one scale.
Hover over a partner's line for the full counts and what they mean.
What the verdict means
- Balanced: neither of you sends more than twice what the other does. Referrals go both ways.
- You send 2.5× more (or Only you send): you've sent them more than twice what they've sent you. A good time to ask for one back.
- They send 3× more (or Only they send): they've sent you more than twice what you've sent them. Keep them in mind for your next client.
- Counts only: with fewer than 3 handoffs between you in the last 12 months, it's too early to call, so you see the counts without a verdict.
In Insights
The Give and get card always covers the last 12 months, whatever range the rest of Insights shows. Pick Balanced, You send more, They send more or Too early to tell above the list to see just those partners.
What counts
Every referral you sent a partner and every one they sent you in the last 12 months, by the day it was sent. Withdrawn referrals and Team Referral Queue posts don't count.
Good to know
- Your partner never sees your give and get, and Refervia never shows it publicly. It isn't a rating.
- On Free, Brokerage Free and Agency Free, it shows in the upgrade note above your partner list and as a locked card in Insights. Give and get comes with Pro, and on a free team with Brokerage or Agency.
- The badges next to it, like Fast Responder, are Partner Quality Signals.
Trouble?
- "I don't see give and get for a partner": you haven't exchanged a referral with them in the last 12 months.
- "The numbers look low": only the last 12 months count, and withdrawn referrals and team queue posts never do.
