Year in Referrals is your year of referral handoffs on one page: how many you sent and received, how many were completed, how many partners you worked with, your busiest month and your most common type of referral. It's on every plan.
Open it
Go to Insights and click Year in Referrals (at the bottom of the page most of the year, at the top in December and January). Or open refervia.com/dashboard/insights/year.
- Most of the year you see so far this year.
- From December 1 it covers January to November, so it's ready before the holidays.
- From January 1 it shows the whole year, and in January the page opens on last year's.
Pick another year at the top right to see it.
What counts
Referrals you sent to a partner or received from one, counted by the day they were sent, in Eastern time. Withdrawn referrals and Team Referral Queue posts don't count. Completed counts the ones from that year that are completed today, so it can still go up as referrals close.
Who you worked with most lists the three partners you exchanged the most referrals with. Only you see that list.
Share it (from December 1)
- Open Year in Referrals on or after December 1.
- Under Share your 2026 (the year you're looking at), click Share my 2026.
- Click Copy link, or Share on your phone, and post it wherever you like.
The shared page shows your name, your business and your totals. It never shows a client's or a partner's name. When you post the link, it shows a preview card with your numbers.
Under the link you can see how many times it was opened. Your own visits and link previews don't count.
A link you share in December updates on January 1 to show your whole year.
To stop sharing, click Stop sharing. The page stops working right away. If you share again, you get the same link back.
